Refund Policy

1. One-time licenses

• Before setup starts — you can cancel within 14 days of payment for a full refund, as long as we have not yet delivered the source code or started setup.
• After setup starts — once the source code is delivered or setup work begins, the license is not refundable, because the software cannot be returned.
• If we can't deliver — if we fail to deliver the product as described on the product page and cannot fix it within 30 days of you telling us, we refund you in full.

2. Subscriptions

• First month — if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, we refund that first month in full.
• After that — you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the billing period you've paid for. We don't refund partial months.
• Service problems — if the hosted service is unavailable for more than 24 hours in a row because of a problem on our side, we credit the affected days to your next invoice.

3. What isn't refundable

• Custom work, extra development, or data migration you ordered separately, once that work has started.
• Third-party costs we paid on your behalf, such as domains, payment gateway fees, or paid plugins.
• Update renewals for one-time licenses after the renewal period has begun.

4. How to request a refund

Email balirahayuteknologi@gmail.com with your order number (for example, the one on your invoice) and a short note on why you're asking. We confirm within two business days whether the refund is approved.

5. How you're paid back

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, including the 11% PPN you paid. Once we've processed the refund:

• Credit / debit card and PayPal — usually 5–14 business days, depending on your bank.
• QRIS and virtual account — we transfer to a bank account in your name within 7 business days.

PayPal refunds are made in USD, so the amount in your own currency may differ slightly because of exchange rates. If a faktur pajak was issued, we cancel or correct it as tax rules require.
